Just switched from Awesome to xmonad and I'm having trouble finding out how to resize windows individually inside a pane instead of resizing the actual pane.
(ex: I'd like to have it so chromium takes up 2/3 of the master pane in the center and have a terminal on either side)
The best solution would be so I could resize them dynamically by increments of ~2% (like awesome with mod4+mouse2) and not have predefined ratios for the pane.
EDIT:
Hrm, couldn't even find any configs that would allow this on the xmonad site, though my search skills might be a little rusty. I might just end up sticking with awesome for a while, it seems to be faster in some areas anyway (though I certainly haven't done any serious speed tests).
