Installing from SD card to HDD

Hey. So, I'm new to Arch Linux and have run into this problem, I hope somebody can help.

I'm attempting to install Arch Linux on my Samsung NC10, via an SD card and memory card reader. After reading around, I used the dd command to fix the SD card's MBR, on another machine, and put the Arch ISO on the SD card via UNetbootin. Just to clarify, I'm using the SD to install Arch on the netbook HDD, not actually installing it on the SD card.

Anywho, after booting into the SD card (which worked fine), I am prompted with the UNetbootin screen, which asks me if I wish to boot 'default' or 'boot Arch Linux'; both of which give me the following error after printing various sucessful boot processes to the screen:

ERROR: Boot device didn't show up after 30 seconds. . .
Falling back to interactive prompt
You can try to fix the problem manually, log out when you are finished.
/bin/sh: can't access tty: job control turned off
[ramfs /]#

I am able to enter limited commands, however I do not see anything that is useful (no small part to me being newbie in this department).

So my question is, how can I fix this in order to install Arch?

Cheers!

Re: Installing from SD card to HDD

Use an Archboot image instead.  Arch hasn't worked with unetbootin for ages.
