Oxygen-Icons problems

Oxygen-Icons is a dependency of something I have and for some reason it messes up things when I try to install something. Here's what happens when I try to install freetype2-ubuntu.

$ yaourt -S freetype2-ubuntu
[irrelevant things]
==> freetype2-ubuntu dependencies
 - zlib (already installed)
 - error: (Building from AUR) 
 - could (Building from AUR) 
 - not  (Building from AUR) 
 - open (Building from AUR) 
 - file (package found)
 - /var/lib/pacman/local/oxygen-icons-5.5.5-1/depends: (Building from AUR) 
 - No (Building from AUR) 
 - such (Building from AUR) 
 - file (package found)
 - or  (Building from AUR) 
 - directory (Building from AUR)

So everything fails in yaourt.

When I run pacman -S oxygen-icons I get a page full of "error: could not open file /var/lib/pacman/local/oxygen-icons-5.5.5-1/depends: No such file or directory"
and if I proceed with the installation it says all the files already exist.

I'm in a big hole and short on time. Sorry if this isn't as clear as it could be!

What happens when you try installing freetype2-ubuntu by hand, without using yaourt?

Have you tried deleting / moving "/var/lib/pacman/local/oxygen-icons-5.5.5-1"?

I'm just guessing. Maybe somebody else knows the real cause.

The version number of oxygen-icons is wrong.  The current version in the repos is 4.4.5-1 (Stable) or 4.4.95-1 (Testing).

Have you tried deleting / moving "/var/lib/pacman/local/oxygen-icons-5.5.5-1"?

Pretty sure this fixed most of it, though I can tell there's still remains of the problem sitting around because oygen-icons is a dependency for something I have.

Edit: Now when installing things with yaourt I get the error "missing dependency for kdebase-runtime : oxygen-icons".

Have you tried reinstalling oxygen-icons?
