Update of FluxBB

Hello bbs users,

the forums have been updated to FluxBB 1.4.1 (the previous used version was 1.2). For a list of upstream changes see http://fluxbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=4296 and http://fluxbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=4416

A new theme based on the Air style was created. This will hopefully be more user friendly and less distracting. In general our changes/theme should be more clean and easier to maintain. Last but not least a new trap for spam bots was added. (they same we use for MediaWiki)

Sorry guys, this took way longer than expected (even though I had a detailed plan and tested the migration locally several times). For reasons I don't know atm the server was way to slow.

These are configuration issues you have to discuss with the mods...I am just the engineer here. ;-)

Btw: for those who don't like the default theme for some reason you can actually switch to another one in your profile->display.

The fonts across the top (Home, Packages, Forum, ...) are seemingly bold on the forum now. Other than that, looks ok.

There are some small design changes which need to be applied to the main page. They are currently only present on the forums and wiki.
