[SOLVED] libva update breaks mpd

Today's libva update to 1.0.4 makes mpd refuse to start, printing "error while loading shared libraries: libva-0.31.0.6.so.1" instead.

edit: Downgrade to 0.31.1_p3-1 doesn't help, but with 0.31.0_p13-2 mpd starts just fine.

Probably just needs a rebuild; file a bug report against the mpd package.

mpd doesn't link to libva. ffmpeg does and that's your starting point

That's it, thanks. I have ffmpeg-svn installed; updating that fixed the problem.
