Console and X are two different things wrt to keymap. I have 'setxkbmap pl' in my .xinitrc.
What resolution do you have on reboot and which one do you want?

x.xinitrc solved keymap, thank. It always starts on 1680x1050 and I need it to be 1152x864

Try setting your resolution in xorg.conf or 10-monitor.conf: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xor … ng_started

I think you should keep your xset settings in .xinitrc, so it's weird it didn't work. Be sure to first set the desired settings and only later launch lxde.
If it still doesn't work, post your .xinitrc.
Try
xrandr -s 1152x864
If it works, put it in your .xinitrc.

great, resolution solved too! but mouse is still slow on start
.xinitrc
setxkbmap hr
xset m 3 2
xrandr -s 1152x864
exec ck-launch-session startlxde

Does 'xset m 3 2' work if you type it in the terminal? Try some higher values for threshold, like 'xset m 3 10' or lower acceleration 'xset m 2 2'.

yea,all combos work fine in terminal, i did try 2,2 but doesnt' work either

Try executing it first:
xset m 3 2
setxkbmap hr
xrandr -s 1152x864
exec ck-launch-session startlxde
Maybe you need to background it 'xset m 3 2 &' but it should work w/o the '&'. Try 'xset mouse 3 2' too.

Solved by adding command in /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart
