conky_firewall_inboud conncetions

This first time i installing archlinux, when i configuring conky to monitor inbound connection, i found every i open a site there are many inbound connection (because in ubuntu i not found this inbound connection), it's safe for my computer? I use the folowing conky settings :
---- conky ----------
Inbound:${color} ${tcp_portmon 1 32767 count}


-----firewall-----------
i using iptables (without setting and not start on boot)
i using ufw (starting on boot)
I setting ufw :
ufw enable && ufw default deny && ufw logging medium


whats rpcbind using for? this service make my computer can detected by nmap
its safe for disabling this service?
