How often do you upgrade Arch?

As the subject suggests, I'm curious to know how often Arch users pacman -Syu, and more importantly, why.

I usually -Syu when I have work to do. I always hope for Allan having broken something so I have a reason to get a smoke, a coffee and a snack.
