Hi,
I have noticed a strange problem with emacs. Most of time, if i edit heavily a file(heavily = +4 lines), Emacs takes from 2 to 3 secs to save the file.
This is really an annoying problem beacause i use emacs for coding and i need to save files regularly to test my program.
I haven't changed emacs configuration file when this problem first appeared.
Any help pls?

all related disk operation are slow

I'm not sure what you mean by that: is the interface slow or do you experience some heavy I/O? I have no idea how emacs works, but you can check for the latter with iotop.

yeah, some apps became inresponsive for 2 or 3 seconds (not just emacs), i beleave it's I/O related problem.
iotop give this for emacs:
23715 be/4 maroxe 16.00 K 8.00 K 0.00 % 10.23 % emacs
I don't know if it means anything

Unresponsive app is generally a sign of high cpu usage, not I/O, but '10.23 % emacs' looks pretty high indeed.

i let iotop opened. When emacs is lagging when saving file, IO column is 99.99 % for emacs.

Let me say again, that I'm no guru BUT I hardly ever notice any app taking more that 2 % for a second or two. Usually there are short bursts of 0.5 %.
Does the cpu usage spikes too? You can use htop to check.

no, my cpu usage is constant.
Even when reading videos, i get some lags from time to time. So it's hdd problem
This is not a new installation. but the problem is new.

Maybe you mount it in a funny way?

I don't think so, it's mounted as usual,( = default configuration after installation)

Can you check how your emacs behaves on another drive / box? Or use vim ;P

OK, the vim part was just a joke, but if you have more that one drive, you can check whether editing a file on another drive has the same problems. I think the easiest way to check will be with emacs.

I think it is time to check the hardware. You should probably check the disks with the S.M.A.R:T. tools (package smartmontools from extra).
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.
