My webcam stopped working long ago

Hello,

I have a Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 Webcam. In the past, it worked perfectly with archlinux, but since a while ago, it stopped working suddenly (maybe due to a kernel upgrade?).

How can I solve this?

I think the modules for this kind of webcams are correctly loaded:
