[SOLVED] Can't switch keys with xmodmap

Hey all,

I recently bought a new(ish) computer, a Toshiba Satellite M45-S859. The keyboard on it is a bit strange, with the windows key in the top right. And since I'm using Awesome3, that tends to be a bit of a problem. Currently, I have the action key mapped to Mod1, though that's just a temporary fix.

Anyway, onto the problem. I switched my action key back to Mod4, created and edited a .xmod file so that my Alt_L key would act as my Mod4 key, and that my Super_L key would act as my Alt_L, with Alt_R and Super_R unchanged. I've pastebinned the file here: http://pastebin.com/8Sn1ABaQ

But see, once I did this, Alt_L worked perfectly fine for Mod4, however, Super_L and Alt_R didn't work at all, except in xev.

Any help anyone could give me for this would be greatly appreciated.

A world with no differences, this is the world I see.
