Hello,
I've installed Archlinux and KDE, and when logging into KDE a message appears:
Warning: Cannot open ConsoleKit session: unable to open session: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/style...(the rest is unreadable)
Then KDE starts with a crash handler window for PolicyKit. After that things seems to work. It happenes for every logon. I googled it for a couple of hours but was unable to find anything I could understand. Your help will be appreciated.
TIA

How do you start KDE? Via .xinitrc? Do you have 'exec ck-launch-session startkde' in there?
Post the output of 'groups' for your user.

I added KDM to daemons list in rc.conf. I tried starting it from inittab but it wouldn't start.

Oh thanks. This helps.
But I have now another problem. When I try to open some configuration in KDE System Administration I have error Segmentation fault. So I can't setup f.e. login screen.
