Booting problems (sometimes)

Good evening,

I've just purchased a server (http://www.tranquilpc-shop.co.uk/acatal … ies_2.html) to use as a home server, I've got it set up with a RAID 5 array and installed Arch.

I've only found one problem, roughly 50% of the time the server will freeze during the boot process, it gets as far as:

Booting node 0, processors #1

and then freezes.

Other times it will boot perfectly fine and will run without any problems.

Any ideas on the cause or even better, the solution to this would be appreciated.
