texlive-most-doc gone?

The wiki page on Tex Live says that texlive-most-doc from [community] should install the documentation, but I find no texlive-*-doc packages at all in pacman nor http://www.archlinux.org/packages/ , where did they go?

Re: texlive-most-doc gone?

This bothered me, too. But apparently cumulative documentation download is not more available upstream.

But you can always download individual documentation from the  TeX Live documentation site.

To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.

Re: texlive-most-doc gone?

Oh. That is odd that they would just remove the documentation download, seems rather self-defeating :-/

Re: texlive-most-doc gone?

How can it be that other distributions (debian, ubuntu, ...) still ship the texlive documentation? Not having a package for that is extremely annoying IMHO.

Re: texlive-most-doc gone?

You can always use the online documentation: http://www.tug.org/texlive/doc.html.  Besides, it's wiser to use the Arch Bugtracker and request the package there instead of bumping a pretty old thread...

The Debian maintainer (Ubuntu just uses Debian packages in this context) is one of the main TeXLive developer. But the packages in Debian nevertheless are outdated.
