pidgin audio call error

when I use audio call in pidgin ,there are two differernt repsonse

1，one error is：

error adding stream

2，there is only "Calling" in the audio calling window.

my arch is 64 bit

pidgin is Pidgin 2.7.3 (libpurple 2.7.3)
