Lenovo S10-3 Bluetooth not found and wifi does not work

I was experimenting with Arch Linux KDE netbook profile. During the tests, some how bluetooth seems to have become disabled in bios. The led indicator is always off.

Wifi also does not work.

After booting lsusb does not show the bluetooth device entry. However, based on a similar problem/workaround reported on Ubuntu forum, if I suspend the system and then resume it, the following entry appears in lsusb:

Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0489:e00d Foxconn /  Hon Hai.

Bluetooth is now recognised. rfkill list shows Bluetooth though not wifi. However, wifi now works.

The wireless indicator led remains off. The same behaviour is seen on Ubuntu netbook edition as well. Fn+F5 key does not do anything on Arch Linux and Ubuntu.

Is there a way, I can force the system to find the bluetooth device and get the wifi to work without the weird steps?

Thanks
Anil
