Do I need to worry about problematic uid==0 and gid!=0 warning?

Hi,

I installed fuse + ntfs-3g to hookup my NTFS formatted external drive work with Archlinux. Its working fine, just I noticed following warning message in /var/log/message.log once I plug the drive to the system. Do I need to worry about (specially) this line: "Sep  9 19:30:11 NanoCube ntfs-3g[1199]: Warning : using problematic uid==0 and gid!=0" ?

Note: I was root when installed fuse and ntfs-3g.

I am not sure but doesn' t it have to do with ntfs permissions? I mean the fact that is not native Linux filesystem. That is why, in my opinion, you get these warnings.
