Can't say I'm fond of the name, but if it's anything like sidux it should be very nice. And stable as long as you don't dist-upgrade too much.

Not much, it's just Debian Unstable with the broken packages (mostly) fixed and an updated kernel, and a desktop preinstalled.

What it is is fast, convenient, and (perhaps surprisingly) quite stable in my experience.
