KDE SC 4.5.1 using a lot of RAM

KDE 4.5.1 it's slower than 4.4 and that's a fact. Desktop Effects are slower even on Nvidia. But that's not the main problem here. The main problem is this(look at the picture)

276MB  in  X
234MB in virtuoso

That's a lot of RAM usage. I think that there's a memory leak but I don't know what can be the cause. It's this happening to you guys? Do I report it?

As far as I remember (at least for previous Xorg versions), if you leave X up for a lot (e.g. 1-2 days) it does such a memory leak, but I'm not really sure.

About virtuoso, you should try closing file tracking (or how it's named - I don't remember) from the Control Panel.
