Polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 crash on login

Hullo all,

Been getting the above bug report pop up on login to gnome for a while now. Bout time i got round to sorting it!! I'm relatively new to linux  so go easy on and if i missed anything ask and i'll add it!

Heres the first part of the log (it's huge) which i think contains the relevant stuff!

Same problem in here. I'm using a login without GDM, as the wiki explains, by using inittab and .xinitrc.

  Same here.   Guess I'll go back to google-searching  "polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1", which is how I found this thread.
