pacman syu replace kernel firmware

Hello, i have a little issue and i dont understand. When i execute: pacman -Syu the following lines display to me:

core is up to date
extra is up to date
community is up to date

and askme some some questions, i respond "no" to all

replace kernerl26-firmware with  core/linux-firmware?
replace libelf with core/elfutils?
replace pkgconfig with core/pkg-config ?
replace xz-utils with core/xz?

elfutils and libelf are in conflict, remove libelf?e

First at all, i dont know what the consequences if i apply with yes, and more important why the system ask me for this because i install with a fresh new copy up to date to archlinux?

thanks for all answers you can give me

These are just renamed/updated packages. You can 99.99% of the time assume it is safe to choose 'yes'. smile

It's just a name change.

Re: pacman syu replace kernel firmware

If you downloaded the isos, they're not up to date, yes, you need to update the core
