Hi,
I dont know why, but gnome-keyring is using a qwerty-layout while I have a qwertz-layout configured for the system. Also the gnome-keyring is in English while the rest of the system is in German.
Any suggestions why?

Hey, no one knows a reason and a solution for that? Its actually a pretty annoying problem since I have specialcharacters in my password and for some reason the keyring wants a password when I use svn ... wasnt like this before I reinstalled Arch .
It would also be ok for me, if it would autounlock at login (I use gdm via the inittab).

Ok, it seems that this problem doesnt belong in this forum. Could you please move it to the correct one or at least tell me where to go?

Sorry, but is it necrobumping now?

Yeah, is bumping xD.
Do you have 10-evdev.conf file in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d?.
You need put the keyboard layout in this file, not only in Gnome (or KDE) Preferences.
Edit:
My file has:
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "evdev keyboard catchall"
MatchIsKeyboard "on"
MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
Driver "evdev"
Option "xkb_layout" "es"
Option "XkbVariant" "deadtilde"
EndSection
Bye!!

Yeah, an answer, thank you . Nearly thought I am invisible
In my evdev.conf I only set the layout:
db@kirodema ~ $ grep -B 2 -A 4 "MatchIsKeyboard" /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "evdev keyboard catchall"
MatchIsKeyboard "on"
MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
Driver "evdev"
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
EndSection
