Peacekeeper Results:
Firefox (3.6.10-1): 1706
Opera: 4529
Chromium (6.0.472.62-1): 6624
I'm sticking with Firefox though. It doesn't cause graphic bugs with xcompmgr like chromium and it has many cool addons, most importantly vimperator.

Weird. Peacekeeper says I can't scan on my system, but if I click the scan button it does so anyway. I'll do a complete scan in a bit when I don't have 15 tabs open. Scan completed.

With Chromium 6.0.472.62 I got somewhere between 11.000 and 12.000 points.

Peacekeeper has stopped working for me with gtk-webkit browsers (except chromium) quite a long time ago. Can you guys confirm? But even if it did, I guess the results would be really bad. Other than browsers based on qt-webkit, such as arora, they are very good, very close to Opera!

Couldn't get surf 0.4.1 to run Peacekeeper. Opera Development 10.70-9053 is unable to run Peacekeeper as well. As least for me.

It still does not run with Midori (latest git version).
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.

I wonder if PeaceKeeper is really testing JUST the browser or the fact that one has a more powerful CPU-GPU?? It seems to me the higher numbers are coming from the faster machines...

Both. Same machine as before, but with Firefox. I scored 1076, as opposed to Chrome's 3633.

And yes, the Midori/surf problem persists. As far as i can tell it's a webkit problem, as both throw up the same error on the "social network" part. Especially surf isn't much more than bare webkit, so that would be my guess.
surf-hg: ** Message: console message: http://service.futuremark.com/peacekeep … 4101377875 @105: TypeError: Result of expression 'data' [undefined] is not an object. (from Terminal)
midori-git: TypeError: Result of expression 'data' [undefined] is not an object. (from the "Inspect Page" console)
*EDIT*
uzbl-git throws the same error as surf, so those indeed seem to be webkit's own console messages.

Something I posted a while ago..
(Disclaimer, I maintain the firefox-pgo* packages)
I personally have started ignoring Peacekeeper. When I forced 64-bit TraceMonkey enabled in the firefox-pgo package a while ago, the Peacekeeper score did not improve. Other things I did, while possibly ineffective, did nothing to improve Peacekeeper score, while improving other scores (SunSpider, subjective feel, etc.). Almost the same story with new versions of Firefox. I'll stop short of accusing Peacekeeper of artificially favoring Chrome/Opera(/Safari?) over Firefox, but I gave up on Firefox ever giving a good score with that benchmark.
If you want to do a real benchmark, I say, make a script that fetches a website with the browser, loads it completely, scraps it, ditches all prefetch, and does it again, many many times, with multiple popular web pages. That's much less synthetic. I don't even know what goes into Peacekeeper, really.
