What is that in the top left corner of your top bar? It looks like a VU meter. If it is, what programs are you using for it.

I wasn't posting it here to pressure you, just figured I made some screenshots so I might as well post them here .

I think kittykatt's referring to how in B's screenshot the font name goes to a new line (due to the size of the terminal), screwing up the ASCII Arch logo. If I remember correctly kittykatt is the one who wrote the script?
@crisnoh: as a DWM user, my hat's off to you for using KDE! I've never been able to feel comfortable in a KDE environment (although I do see a lot of nice KDE setups in these monthly threads), so to each his (or her) own, right?
And since this is a screenshot thread, here's mine.
DWM (link takes you to dA):
Not much has changed since I last posted a screenshot.

No, it's not the size of the terminal - I thought that as well (and tested that). It has to do with the formatting of my ~/.gtkrc-2.0 (which I hope is correct, if it's not then my GTK theme selector is messy).

Ah...I've never even considered that a possibility. Thanks for pointing that out...now if only I could remember what CLI app was acting up in a similar fashion
Also...quick question on the thumbnail regulation. Is the 250px limit for width or height, or is it a maximum limit for either side? (i.e. largest side can't exceed 250px?) Just asking because I originally went with 250px for height, and realized that it was still rather large (time for me to change my thumbnail script I suppose). Besides that, I quite agree with the regulations, it's nice to be able to browse this thread even on my phone without having to wait for ages.

Edit: 250 px is the maximum for both height and width.

Alright, thanks for the clarification.
I'll just be using
convert -resize 250x screenshot.jpg thumb.jpg
from now on (since my monitor is 16:10, but if you have a vertical setup "x250" works to set the height to 250px, while keeping the aspect ratio). Perhaps others will find the command useful.
I've updated my post with a 250px thumbnail...still seems larger than everyone else's. I take it that it still falls within the guidelines though, yes?

Tack så mycket! Den är väldigt inspirerad från dina skapelser.

It's actually a simple cpu-meter using gcpubar http://dzen.geekmode.org/dwiki/doku.php … :cpu-graph. I'm looking in to the possibility of a vu-meter.
