iso to usb, does it work?
Latest core-dual image tried.
I have tried dd, win32 image writer,and unetbootin
I see a quick screen message from isolinux that I can't read and then it provides to get boot device (my fedora hard drive in this case)
I can/have booted another things from usb.
I saw another thread in newbie corner that was related. It concluded to use win32 image writer, but no difference for me.
Is there a know problem?

I always get the best results from unetbootin, as it automatically does the bootloader stuff. For some reason, I can never get the dd method to boot...

Remember you need to dd to device itself and NOT a partition on the device.

The official images are made with the mkarchiso script from the archiso package and one of the steps of mkarchiso is running the isohybrid script on the images which in effect makes them 100% USB bootable, provided that hardware supports it and is setup right, and instructions are followed!
