Changing /home partition

I have this doubt.

I wanto to install Arch Linux but not mounting my /home partition until I am sure everything is ok.

Is it safe installing Arch Linux now and adding my /home partition later in fstab? Or do I have to do something else to properly obtain this?

That's possible, just make sure the right directories are on the home partition and put it in fstab.
