Any idea on how to fix this? I have been gone from gnome for a while. Last time I was here the volume control applet slider was vertical. Now that it is horizontal, it exits screen right when it is on the right hand edge of the panel. (For those of you on links/lynx/elinks who cant see my pretty picture)

This happens when I have plug second monitor to my notebook and rest of this applet apears on the other screen.

I only have one screen. But it is a laptop with the capability to run 2 screens.
Also I am using the nvidia drivers.

EDIT: Using gnome 2.32.0, I have had this same problem on my desktop before I pooched it, but never got around to figuring it out.
