Convert wma to dss

Hey, does anyone know how I could convert a wma file to a dss file?   My sister does medical transcription and her dumb-(insert cuss word here) boss changed the setting on the recorder so it saved them in wma format, which isn't supported by the playback system (with the cool pedal to start/stop/scan). 

Any help appreciated

Edit: I can't find dss in Media-Convert's output options so the howto may be wrong.
