New servers pacman - Doubt (Solved)

Good morning!
I wonder what is this score that appears next to the mirror when we select a new list of them in the manager's website direct mirror arch, you can choose the country?
This score has to do with the flow of user access to the server itself, which can range from 0 to 10, that has nothing to do?
