Dolphin: process for file protocol died unexpectedly

I just did a pacman -Syu and then I also removed kdemod (using pacman -Rd kdemod-uninstall) and installed kde (pacman -S kde). I am getting the following errors when I try to run dolphin. First, in the gui,  I get "The rocess for file protocol died unexpectedly." Here's the errors from the terminal:

QMetaObject::invokeMethod: No such method DolphinApplication::loadCommandLineOptionsForNewInstance()

I have searched both errors, and have only found old bugs. I'd love to have some suggestions.
