Hello guys,
I got a problem:

I did move/resize some partitions and after booting arch, this happened.
I do not know howto fix it and hope y'all may help me.

Grab a live cd, verify that your /etc/fstab entries point to the correct devices.
You can use the blkid utility to see the UUID and /dev/sd* entries.
Don't forget to mount your root partition read only in case of a fs failure.

Thanks, but fstab point to the correct devices, the UUID's are the same...

I have no other idea, it seems like your /sbin/init is somehow 64-bit while the system is expecting 32 bit or vice-versa (trying to chroot from a 32-bit environment to a 64-bit one also throws a exec format error)
