May not be the right place to ask but ...

I got an old thinkpad 365xd ... wondered what distro to run on it ?

Arch would be my first choice but may not run

Search show RH Mandrake (yuk!) ..

Unless you know better

Perhaps Slackware would run on it? They even keep their programs grouped into the floppies they used to be on.

I I had such a machine, I would not hesitate : Slackware is and always will be the best...
It's my second distro of choice even before Gentoo...
