So anybody install arch on this laptop? If does, how it works?

Please google for information, it is both faster for you and does not waste other people's time rehashing information that's already available.
If there's anything you can't find from google the least you should do is provide information such as what sort of hardware the laptop uses, with model numbers etc.
In other words, do your research.

Most of it works. Don't expect switchable graphics to work - they don't as far as I know.
If you want to only use the nVidia graphics, it's a good laptop. If Intel is good enough for you, buying a UL30A would be a wiser choice.

I have this laptop. Soo can be nvidia graphic turned off so only intel work? I want to have better battery time.

I guess that if you don't install any nvidia drivers, the card will be turned off. And also, don't be so sure that switchable graphics don't work, I'm pretty sure it does. But you'll have to restart the X server when switching. Try googling for 'vga_switcheroo'.

Easiest way is:
pacman -S gnome gdm
and then add gdm to the daemons array in /etc/rc.conf. It's all in the wiki.

Why i get black screen when i start startx?
If you did what I said you won't need startx, just reboot or 'sudo /etc/rc.d./gdm start'. If you don't want to use gdm but startx instead, you need to edit .xinitrc. Put there 'exec gnome-session'.
