MythTV media settings... where have they gone?

Looking through the MythTV wiki, some of the things I do rely on getting into Utilities/Setup->Setup->Media Settings->Video Settings->General.

The problem is that under Utilities/Setup->Setup-> I do not have media settings.

Does anyone who uses Mythtv know where it has gone?

OK, they are only there is you install mythplugins-mythvideo.

So that is solved.
