Display Problem,when idle,Screensaver(SOLVED)

I'm not sure how to explain this.when my computers idle for more then 15-20 minutes the display  screws up, it's like my screen go's up through the top of my monitor really fast and im forced to ctrl+alt F1 and reboot  or do a hard shut down.It's kind of like on old crt tv's that would have a line that moves through the tv except its my entire display.This is the best explanation i can give besides posting a vid.

Are you using a screen saver and is that kicking in during this time period?

Thanks for the help,it was my screensaver
