Arabic is not displaying correctly

Hello everyone,
On a recent installation of Arch, Arab character is not displayed correctly on the application such Gwibber but it appears correctly on websites with Chromuim.

Each letter is separated from the other then it must be attached like this : http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/4184/34104639.jpg

I have this font package installed :

ttf-arabeyes-fonts
ttf-dejavu
ttf-droid
ttf-freefont
ttf-gentium
ttf-gentium-basic
ttf-larabie-standard
ttf-liberation

ttf-ms-fonts
ttf-sil-lateef
ttf-sil-scheherazade
ttf-ubuntu-family-fonts
