I haven't installed any test kernels. I just edited /etc/rc.conf and add b43 !bcm43xx in it and install b43-firmware from aur. How can I fix this?
I also remembered that in logs might be erros: cat /var/log/kernel.log

So not only eth0 is not working properly, wlan0 also is messing around. What is going on?

Did u found a solution? i still cant get it to work

No unfortunately I've been busy with my exams lately so I haven't investigate any further...
I thought this was specific user problem. I guess people with Broadcom Corporation BCM4311 have problems with this driver/kernel.
Zaffe: what did you try to make it work? Can you please post it here?

I tought the problem was the kernel, so i was trying different ones , but its seems that its dhcpcd cuz i just managed to get connection using dhclient

The problem most likely lies in wpa_supplicant according to these bug reports.

Now I have finally time to find out what's this all about... I've disabled netcfg, any other driver. So it's like fresh install without network settings. When I've installed arch dhcpcd worked out of the box... so now I also connect with dhcpcd (LAN) and /var/log/kernel.log says:

My problem was dhcpcd, with dhclient from extra i dont have any issues.

Zaffe, do you have blacklisted b44 module? Did you edit in anyway MODUELS section that could affect network? What modules do you have loaded/blacklisted for network to work?

No, i dont enable or disable any modules in rc.conf that affect network. I had the same messages in dmesg, and i installed dhclient from extra, restarted network, killed dhcpcd and started dhclient on eth0 and i had connection. Now i use wicd config with dhclient working fine. Did u tried to connect with a static ip?

I have no problem with wireless on an HP 2133 mini which has bcm4312. Here is what I'm using:

I had to downgrade kernel to 2.6.34.1-1 in order to prevent link falling down and up. I did this with arm.
