localhost: connection refused [SOLVED]

Hi! My browsers cannot connect to localhost, but ping works fine! A also tried 127.0.0.1 and result was the same.

which one? what are your settings? does your logfile say anything? is it turned on? is it listening to port 80 or some other port?
