hello i'm sure this has been asked but i couldn't find the answer from searching
i've installed chakra and it looks pretty good but softwares are limited
not even firefox
so can i use archlinux repo ?

it can but you would have problems in the future.
the whole point of chakra forking the repos was to have less breakage because of us.
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

They are "relatively" compatible... But we may have done library rebuilds since they forked the repos which could break certain software. So the safe answer is no...
Also, they are moving to a different package manager (although using a patched makepkg to make packages) so Arch packages may not be so compatible soon.

No. Chakra can't use the Arch's repos if you don't want to break your system. You can use some AUR packages or third-party repos like arch-games... even more, Akabei it's going on so pacman repositories will be discarded in Chakra soon. And yes, we will keep makepkg, so Arch packages and repos will be compatible with Chakra as much as Debian ones are compatible with Ubuntu. Finally FireFox depends of Gtk so will be available only as Bundle.
