[SOLVED] Pacman won't upgrade to kernel 2.6.35

I just reinstalled Arch yesterday.  I have done 'pacman -Syu' a few times.  It now says everything "is up to date" and "there is nothing to do".  But I am at kernel 2.6.34.  Kernel 2.6.35 is in the repos.  Why can't I get at it?  I am running x86 version, 32 bit not 64 bit.  I have searched wiki/forums but can't get anywhere.

Wow!  With different mirrors, I need to upgarde 137 packages for over 100Mb.  I guess I did not realize the mirror list was in such bad shape.  Thank you @skunktrader.
