USB Headset Problem

I've been messing around with alsa, trying in vain to get my USB headset to work. Every little thing I've tried has gotten me nowhere. Now, don't get me wrong, the headset works just fine. It worked perfectly a few months ago when I had Ubuntu, but hasn't worked ever since I switched to Arch.

Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: I've determined that the mic works and anything that is transmitted into the mic can be heard through the headset's speakers, but no sound coming directly from the computer can be heard.
