[SOLVED] netbeans and openjdk

Hi all,
i searched for a while on the net, but i didn't find any useful and up to date answer.

I'm trying to add the javadoc to netbeans. Of course i'm using openjdk.

I cannot find any openjdk6-doc package...as state in many forums.

Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance

Maybe you need to install openjdk6-src.

Re: [SOLVED] netbeans and openjdk

thanks, to add a conclusion to this: it works with the openjdk6-src package.

After installing, you can add it to Netbeans like this:

  • Tools->Java Platforms->Sources->Add Jar/Folder

  • Select /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/src.zip
