[ SOLVED ] Still having Cups Printer Problems

I have a USB printer connected to a windows machine on the network ... I can setup the printer connection through the cups admin page :631 but then i cant print anything.  This is the error log

I am now stumped after days of trying to sort this, so any help will be very welcome ?

Well i changed the owner of /usr/lib/cups/filter to root and added Listen *:631 to cupsd.conf and it seems to be working ...

See how things go now i guess
