Firefox issues: Drag&Drop doesn't work, writing cursor always visible

Hello,
does anybody know how to fix these problems?

I use newest version of Firefox and GNOME.

The drag&drop in textarea just doesn't work. I select text and drag it, but it doesn't drop.
Also, when I try to drag&drop it, the text cursor appears on different place than it actually is. That's bad, because I don't know, where I am typing at the moment. The only workaround is to restart the browser and don't try to drag&drop next time :-D

Solved: The other problem is about a text cursor. It isn't hidden like normal, but I can see it always somewhere (or after I click somewhere) like in textarea. It's extreme problem if I accidentally select e.g. a DIV. The cursor is then big equally to the DIV and some text than can't be read. So I have to click elsewhere. Its a minor problem, unless you don't have to workaround it every page refresh.

These problems are not present in other browsers (I tried Chrome and Opera).

Did you enable caret browsing? Try pressing F7 to toggle it.
