gtk theme is A-New-Hope (you can find it on gnome-look.org)
Metacity theme is ordinary colors (again, gnome-look.org)

Might look evilwm-ish, but it's actually Openbox with window decorations turned off and keybindings re-worked to be more how I like them.

I was actually thinking of using fvwm, as it has a built-in pager (and maybe some other nice things I'd like?).. but then I got lazy about reading the documentation. Anyways, still thinking about alternatives to Openbox, because XML config files are evil.

I'm pretty certain case-sensitivity is the problem here. Try capitalizing Monaco.

For me it doesn't work too.

Subtle wm and thoses gravities are the best thing to manage like you want your windows with great efficiency :
