doesn't hibernate with ups

I've made what is said here
but it doesn't hibernate when power loss if the mythtv is running.

I found the solution by using a script which written here.

P.S. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10, but it almost the same like Arch or any other Debian-dased system.

But this only works one time. the next doesn't wake up correctly.

Well I thought so... but when I have read description I understood that it is not Debian-based, so I had mistaken.
