[HELP REQUEST] how to download GotoBLAS source

Recently GotoBLAS has been released under a BSD license. For those that don't know what it is, GotoBLAS is one of the fastest (or the fastest) implementation of BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines), in my own experience faster than ATLAS. See http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/tacc-projects/gotoblas2 for further details.
I've made a package for GotoBLAS and a trimmed down lapack 3.2.2 library (lapack4goto) but I have a problem with the source array. The download link is

and putting it in the source array I get the filename GotoBLAS2-1.13_bsd.tar.gz&t=1290710391&hash=9a0d117f9d67a35b2b092b3dfac38c29 .
Any suggestion on how to download with the correct filename (GotoBLAS2-1.13_bsd.tar.gz)?

in the source array use:
