stac92xx corect mic settings

Good day,
I would like to use mic in my dell xps m1530 with snd_hda_intel module. I found in wiki, that microhones works fine, but  how to set them?
Can anyone write me correct alsa settings for internal and external mic? Now  I know, internal mic si probably in digital device 1, but I hear only noise, on which input is external I don't know I have no success.
