Hello.. o notice that the process kbuildsyoca sometimes has high usage of the cpu like 100.
well what is this process?

kbuildsycoca4 is in charge of updating the various caches, like mimetypes, applications, ...
It should only fire up after an upgrade or installing a new software. Can you reproduce a high CPU usage on other circumtances ?

hi sorry for the delay....
welll i notice that some pages in chromium crashes and they can't open. after some time chromium ask me if I want to open that specific tab because is not responding.. Today I had updated my system and kbuildsycoca wasn't using any cpu... I can't tell for sure if there is any ohter circunstances because at the moment i'm not using Arch that much (mailly because the browser craches)
when i open chromium it start up and goes to 100%... i notice that if i use opera this process does not got craisy like this (i've to kill it first)... and if i use firefox it also fires up....

Hello again... I notice that this append when I open a new tab, go to gmail site... this process starts and go to 100% cpu...when this appends the site blocks and I have to kill it to the site continues to upload....
