Most recent flashplugin, latest Namoroka (it was a pacman -Syu update), i686 system. Same thing with chromium and opera-devel.
Reinstalling either browser or flashplugin didn't help.
Is there a way I can fix it ? Perhaps by downgrading ? Thanks.
Edit: Also the latest nouveau driver for Geforce 7025 (onboard).

I noticed it also happens in SMPlayer with gl_nosw, gl, gl2 and in VLC with GLX video output (XCB) - have to stop playback for it to take effect, unlike SMplayer which does the switching instantly.
I think Nouveau doesn't support these rendering modes. From what I read it has basic 2D capabilities and some video decoding features, which are probably better supported with discrete cards instead of integrated.
So how can I tell flashplugin to use X to render the video ? Xv, for instance. Something else.

Xv will never be supported bu flash, anyway did you tried to turn acceleration (read: gpu scaling) off by rightclicking on the video?
